Debbie is a founding member and the President and CEO of Millennium Travel Nursing. With a background in nursing as a graduate of the Boston College School of Nursing, it was important to Debbie to build a company that put the needs of its nurses and its employees first. With a heavy focus on customer service and employee appreciation, Millennium has grown into one of the top agencies in the region for our nation’s leading hospitals, and a top pick for travelers in the Northeast. Outside of Millennium, Debbie enjoys spending as much time as possible at the beach and on the water with friends and family.

Leslie has been with Millennium Travel Nursing since 2011 and was instrumental in growing the company from the beginning. As Vice President, Leslie takes great pride in all things Millennium. She manages the hospital systems we work with as well as our Sales, Business Development and Recruiting teams. It’s a running joke that you will always find a long line outside Leslie’s office since she is the “go to” person for all the departments across Millennium. Leslie currently lives in Hingham with her husband, Matt, and the three pups she rescued. In her spare time, Leslie invests in residential real estate and loves to renovate homes.

Crystal has been a valuable member of the Millennium Team since 2015. Prior to Millennium, Crystal worked as a Recruiter with Randstad as well as the Director of Career Services at The Salter School. Throughout her career, Crystal has developed a reputation as a dedicated, loyal, and results-oriented staffing specialist. At Millennium she leads a team of six Recruiters, utilizing her expertise to provide valuable guidance and support. She is committed to going above and beyond for both her employees on assignment and her internal team at Millennium. Outside of Millennium, Crystal is a proud mother of three wonderful boys, as well as two American Bulldogs, Busta and Beanie, and her cat James. In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends, go to concerts, and explore the outdoors.

Heather joined Millennium as a Junior Recruiter in 2018. Working her way up to Team Lead and a Top Recruiter, she has led with the most revenue for the past two years. Heather is hardworking, creative, and always willing to go the extra mile for both her team and her travelers. When she isn’t crushing it closing deals, she can be found cooking tasty meals, planning events, and spending time with her dogs and cats.

Amanda has been with Millennium as a Recruiter since 2019. She now doubles as an Account Manager and is happy to help out wherever needed. Previously, Amanda worked at Boston University as a clinical research tech. Go Terriers! She’s a ghost hunter on the weekends, so she doesn’t scare from a challenge easily, which makes her a great Recruiter. She’s also a dog mom to the smallest Rottweiler ever, Beans. Tayler joined Millennium in 2023, bringing her proven problem-solving skills to our team. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Stonehill College. Tayler shares our belief that to provide the best quality of care, we must focus on the individual first and foremost. In her professional career, she has previously felt like a cog in a wheel in the corporate setting. However, with Millennium she has the privilege of being a part of a people-focused organization that truly encapsulates what it means to be a team.

Brandon joined Millennium in 2023. Starting his career as an HR administrator, Brandon realized he enjoyed the relationships he could build as a Recruiter. Brandon is from Rowley, MA and attended Western New England University for business management with a minor in human resources. In his free time, you can find Brandon snowboarding, playing hockey, camping, and most importantly, spending time with his fur babies Dewi and Dolly.

Corrie has been with Millennium since 2022, specializing in behind-the-scenes, day-to-day activities. She helps keep our recruiting team organized and on track, and updates our Certificates of Insurance to keep us compliant with the hospitals Millennium serves. She also attends weekly vendor meetings to keep Millennium up to date with the ever-changing healthcare market. Corrie has a can-do attitude and loves working for Millennium. In her free time, Corrie can be found painting, reading, learning a new craft, trying a new restaurant, or cuddling with her cats, Theo, and Shadow.

Alex has been part of the Millennium team since 2021. Originally from Western Massachusetts, she graduated with a B.A. in psychology with a concentration in public health from Williams College, where she was active in theatre and a cappella. She absolutely loves being a part of the Millennium team and cherishes making connections with her travelers and helping them secure opportunities that are ideal for them. She is dedicated to going the extra mile for her travelers and will work tirelessly to secure her candidates the best possible opportunities, and to support them through every step of their contract and beyond. Outside of work, Alex lives in Boston with her cat, Buddy, and loves to spend her free time reading, cooking, doing yoga, exploring the city, and attending concerts.

Angela joined the Millennium team in June 2022. As a licensed physical therapist assistant and certified personal care assistant, she brings a provider’s perspective to her work as a healthcare staffing specialist. She has bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from Westfield State University and an associate’s degree in PT assistance from Bay State College. Prior to joining Millennium, Angela worked at Massachusetts General Hospital, South Shore Hospital, and has experience treating patients in both the clinical and home environment. She is passionate about helping healthcare professionals find opportunities that are fulfilling and rewarding by advocating for them throughout the job submittal process. She takes great pride in building lasting, meaningful relationships which helps her find the perfect opportunity for each provider. When Angela is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exercising and cooking.

Lindsey joined Millennium in 2021. During her senior year at Nichols College, Lindsey took a sales recruiting class and knew she wanted to get into this field as a Recruiter. After graduating, she worked as a medical administrative assistant at a primary care office on Cape Cod. From there, she worked for the Boston Red Sox in their Fan and Youth Engagement Department, and still works there part-time. Lindsey’s dedication to candidates and her team allows her to build long-lasting relationships. With a strong commitment to honesty and integrity, she works hard to understand each candidate’s needs and find you a position that is a great fit.

Chelsea has been a Millennium team member since 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science in business management, with a concentration in marketing and minor in public relations. Chelsea quickly rose up the ranks at Millennium, initially finding success in the Sales Department as a Recruiter and Account Manager, before transitioning to the Operations side of the business as the Director of Compliance and presently serves as our Operations Manager. In her current role, Chelsea is responsible for the architecture of policies, protocols, and process flow for the company. In addition, she manages both the Compliance Department and Operations Administrative Staff.

Cathy has been with Millennium Travel Nursing since November 2021. She loves working for Millennium because it gives her an opportunity to show her true leadership skills. Prior to joining our team, Cathy was an administrative assistant at Comcast for 32 years. She also works as a home healthcare assistant on the weekends for the past 10 years. Originally from Quincy, MA, Cathy has a big heart and is a loving mom and wife. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing with her dog Gia, decorating, traveling, shopping, and having friends and family over her newly remodeled home.

Erica has been with Millennium Travel Nursing since December 2021. She is passionate about her work because it provides her with a great work-life balance and gives her the opportunity to grow. She is a burst of energy, focused on bringing positive energy and good vibes to the workplace. Originally from Plymouth, MA, Erica has more than 15 years’ experience in the healthcare field. She attended Cape Cod Community College for communications and Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy for makeup artistry and esthetics. Outside of Millennium, she has her own professional makeup artistry company called Miss Erica Lee’s Flawless Image. In her spare time, she enjoys being a professional makeup artist, going to church, cleaning, fashion, listening to music, changing her hair and nail color, spending quality time with her family and friends, and enjoying her life to the fullest.

Alyssa has been a part of the Millennium team since 2023, serving as an Operations Assistant while also playing a pivotal role in steering our social media presence. She is a dual citizen and has her degree in kinesiology from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Alyssa calls Boston home, where she lives with her German Shepherd, Nora. In her free time, she enjoys staying active with hot yoga and spin classes, while also training for her dream of running the Boston Marathon.

Originally from central Massachusetts, Brian has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bentley University and a master’s degree in organizational development from Boston University. He is excited to be part of Millennium’s growth and is working to help build its amazing culture through progressive HR programs and initiatives. Outside of work, Brian enjoys hiking, the beach, reading, and history. He’s a lover of animals who enjoys spending time with family and friends.

A member of the Millennium Travel Nursing team since 2017, Donna has more than 30 years of payroll and management experience. She has been a great asset to the company with her wide range of knowledge in accounting and marketing. Donna and her husband Mark enjoy spending time at their summer place on Cape Cod, enjoying the beaches and sitting by the campfire with family and friends. Donna has two grown children and two grandchildren who she loves spoiling. She also enjoys reading and cooking.

Torrie has been a wonderful addition to our payroll department since joining Millennium Travel Nursing in January 2023. A graduate of Endicott College with a major in business management, Torrie previously worked as a sales manager for a manufacturer’s rep firm in the construction industry. She is originally from Middleton, MA and now resides on the South Shore. A sweet, calm, and organized person, Torrie is a loving mother of two beautiful children who keep her very busy. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, exercise, travel, and sew.

Serving as a payroll assistant, her meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are enhanced by her 10 years of previous payroll processing experience. Jennifer’s commitment to both her professional and personal life reflects her strong work ethic and dedication to the well-being of those around her. Originally from Quincy, MA, Jennifer has deep roots in New England and has lived in Pembroke for the past 20 years. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild.
